Frequently Asked Questions

At Pathway Physical Therapy, my goal is for you to find the option that best fits your needs and priorities. If using your insurance is the most important factor, a traditional clinic may be the right choice—and I fully support that.
Where I’m different is in the quality and style of care I provide. Because I’m not restricted by insurance rules, you receive:
One-on-one sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the full appointment time.
Personalized treatment plans tailored to your goals, not what insurance will or won’t cover.
Efficient progress—many patients actually need fewer visits compared to traditional care.
Competitive rates designed to make cash-based care more accessible.
Flexible session options: in-gym visits at Knowgood CrossFit or in-house mobile sessions, so you can get care where it’s most convenient for you.
In short, you get more time, more attention, more flexibility, and more freedom in your care. My priority is your health, and I want you to feel confident choosing the path that’s best for you.

My primary focus is in the orthopedic world, especially when it comes to manual therapy techniques for pain relief and mobility, as well as the vestibular world, where I am certified in treating balance and dizziness conditions.
That said, I welcome a variety of patients with different needs. If I find that your goals would be better served by a more specialized provider—such as pelvic floor therapy, Parkinson’s-specific programs like LSVT, or another area of expertise—I will always help connect you with the right referral.
My goal is simple: to make sure you receive the care that best fits your unique situation.
-
I can’t speak for other clinics, but at Pathway Physical Therapy, my priority is making sure you feel truly supported throughout your journey.
My approach combines:
Dedicated hands-on care (manual therapy, dry needling, joint and soft tissue mobilization) to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
Individualized exercise prescriptions so you feel confident knowing exactly what to do between sessions to build strength and resilience.
Ongoing coaching and guidance to help you maintain progress, prevent injuries, and continue doing what you love long-term.
You’re never just “on your own” after a few visits—I walk alongside you as both your therapist and coach, helping you achieve lasting health and wellness.
